1/2 Cup Butter
3/4 Cup Rogers Brown Sugar
2 Teaspoon Vanilla
1/4 Teaspoon Salt
1 Bag (Kirkland Brand-Costco) Raw Pecans
Pinch of Cayenne Pepper
Directions:
Directions:
In a Large Heavy sauce pan, Melt butter with sugar Vanilla, Salt, Cayenne Pepper.
Stirring constantly till sugar is dissolved. When mixture is ready, either add nuts to pan and stir to coat nuts or add mixture to nuts in a bowl and mix together.
Spread on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in 325 degree oven turning every 10 min for about 30 min or so. Keep your eye on them as you don't want them to burn.
Cool on cookie sheet. Use as a sweet nutty snack or do as I do and add to salads. Crunchy, sweet, salty and spicy!!

1 Bag of Peacan's heeds two large trays. You have to double the butter/sugar mixture if you want to use whole bag of nuts, otherwise just use half the bag.
