2 c Brown Sugar packed
1 c White Sugar
1 1/2 c Shorting
3 Eggs
1/2 tsp vanilla
2 c Quick Oats
2 1/2 c Flour
1 tsp Baking Soda
3/4 tsp Salt
3/4 tsp Cinnamon
1 c Raisins
Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl mix sugars, shorting, eggs and vanilla until creamy. In separate bowl combine all dry ingredients. Add dry ingredients to large bowl, and stir well. Spoon dough onto cookie sheet. Bake for 8-10 mins at 350º.


Bake 350º 8-10 mins.
