1 pound whole pecans
¾ c. Sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. Salt
Dash of nutmeg
1 egg white
1 Tbsp. Cold water
1 tsp. Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar and spices, set aside. In large bowl, whisk egg white, water and vanilla until frothy. Pout in pecans and coat thoroughly. Pour the sugar and spice mix on top and stir well to coat evenly. Bake on a silicone mat on a large cookie sheet at 250º for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes. Remove from pan and cool on waxed paper on a wire rack. After they're completely cooled, store in an airtight container.
