3 cups flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 cups Crisco oil
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
2 cups sugar
1 16 oz. can crushed pineapple with juice
2 or 3 chopped bananas
1 cup chopped pecans

Directions:

Mix all ingredients by hand. Mix flour, soda, salt ,cinnamon, sugar, oil and pineapple; add beaten eggs. Add bananas and nuts. Mix well. Pour into greased and floured bunt pan. (I use Pam.) Bake I hour and 5 minutes in 350 deg. oven. Cool in pan 1 hour before removing from pan.

This was one of Grandma Redder's favorite cake recipes. It's a pretty cake and is very moist. It doesn't last very long!!
