1 ¼ cup graham cracker crumbs
¼ cup of butter
¼ cup sugar

1 lb cream cheese
1 ½ cup sugar
2 large eggs
¾ tsp vanilla


1pt sour cream
¼cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 3 ingredients and refrigerate. Beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs and vanilla for 3-4 minutes. Pour in crust. Bake at 375º for 20 minutes then cool for 15 minutes. Combine last three ingredients and pour over cream cheese mixture and bake at 375º, until center is almost done, no more than 20 minutes.
