4 eggs
1 3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup oleo
1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
1 1/2 cups coconut
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup Bisquick
1 cup pecans, chopped


Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs, sugar and oleo; add pineapple, coconut and pecans, mix well. Add salt, vanilla and Bisquick. Pour into sprayed 10 inch pie pan and bake at 375 deg. for 40 minutes. Makes own crust. Yum-yum!
