2 boxes cake mix - flavor is your choice
1 cup Crisco oil
4 eggs
1 box instant pudding - flavor your choice
1 small can crushed pineapple w/juice
1 banana mashed
1 can cream cheese frosting - flavor your choice
1 pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips


Directions:
Directions:
Mix all except frosting and chocolate chips together for about 5 minutes, chill for 1 hour. Drop on cookie sheet by tablespoon, bake at 350 deg. for 10 - 12 minutes. Cool. Put I tablespoon frosting mix between 2 cookies. Freeze. Melt semi-sweet chocolate chips. Dip frozen pies into chocolate. Place on wax paper.

Growing up, Sr. Andrea and her sisters used to play in the well house where it was cool for their play house. The girls played make-believe housekeeping and cooking, using orange crates for tables and chairs. They made mud pies with ash frosting.
