1 - 2 lbs Beef
1/2 Cup Worcestershire sauce
1/2 Cup water
2 TBSP sugar
2 tsp. corn starch
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2-4 Cups of vegetables in season
1/2 to 1 Onion
2 cloves garlic
olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Dice onions, mince or chop garlic. Fry together in olive oil until clear. Slice beef into cubes and add to onions. Add vegetables, adding softer vegetables close to the end. Mix first 6 ingredients together and pour over vegetables.

Serve with rice.
