4 slices bacon
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 Tbsp honey
1 Tbsp white sugar
salt and pepper to taste
1 20oz package frozen petite green peas
2 stalks celery, chopped
3/4 cup cheddar cheese , cubed
1/3 cup chopped green onion

Directions:

Cook bacon until crisp. Drain bacon on paper towells and crumble.
Reserve 1 Tbsp bacon grease
Whisk mayonnaise, reserved bacon grease, honey, sugar, salt, and pepper together in a bowl until dressing is smooth.
Mix peas, celery, cheddar cheese, and onion together in a bowl. Drizzle dressing over salad and
toss to coat.
Refrigerate until chilled, about 30 minutes.
Just before serving, sprinkle with bacon.
