1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
1/2 c. butter, softened
1/2 c. oil
3 eggs
3/4 c. sour milk
1 cup of carrots, cooked & mashed (I use canned)
2 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
3 c. raw carrots, grated
raisins
walnuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk together first 7 ingredients. Add flour, baking soda and spices. Next, add the raw, grated carrots, raisins and walnuts (if desired). Pour mixture into a greased and floured cake pan. Bake at 350º for 1 hour.
