8 oz. zitti pasta
1 T. olive oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/8 tsp. red peper
16 oz. tomatoes, drained
1/4 c. parmesan cheese
2 T. parsley
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Boil pasta al denté. Drain. Heat oil over low heat and add garlic and red pepper; cook for 1 minute. Add tomatoes; crush with fork. Simmer for 3 minutes. Add tomato mixture, cheese and parsley to pot. Serve immediately.
