½ c soy sauce
¼ c bourbon
1 clove garlic, pressed
¼ tsp grated ginger
¼ c water
1 ½ inch thick steaks

Combine all ingredients and place in a shallow pan. Marinate steaks for at least 2 hours. Cook on grill to desired taste.
