1 stick margarine
1 tsp minced garlic
1 jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 pkg of frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
8 oz. cream cheese
12 oz. sour cream
8 oz shredded parmesan cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Melt margarine in pan and add garlic and sauté. Add artichoke and spinach and mix thoroughly. Add cream cheese and stir until melted and blended. Stir in sour cream and cheese. Mix well. Place mixture in small crock pot and heat on low until ready to serve. (Recipe can be doubled for larger groups using a large crockpot). Serve with crackers or chips of your choice.
