Ingredients:

2 cups flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup butter
3/4 cup white sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups oats
1 cup chocolate chips
1 cup Rice Krispies

Directions:
Directions:
Sift dry ingredients and set aside in large mixing bowl
Cream butter and sugars, adding eggs and beating until light and fluffy
Add dry ingredients gradually and mix well
Stir in oats, chocolate chips, rice krispies and vanilla
Drop by teaspoon onto greased cookie sheet
Bake at 350F for 10-12 minutes
