6 oz Rotini (pasta twists) or other desired pasta
1 C. diced celery
2 Tbsp diced green pepper
1 C. mayonnaise
1 C. tuna (with the oil)
2 hard-boiled eggs - sliced
2 green onions - chopped
Sliced black olives

Directions:
Directions:
Cook rotini pasta according to directions on package. Drain.
In bowl, combine pasta with tuna and tuna oil.
Let stand overnight in refrigerator so pasta takes on tuna flavor.
Add green onions and green peppers and toss together well. Chill.

Service on lettuce leaf and garnish with eggs and ripe olives.
