1 box brown sugar - 16 oz.
4 eggs
2 cups Bisquick
1 cup coconut
1 cup pecans (1 cup of chocolate chips or raisins can be used instead of pecans)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together. Grease and flour sheet pan and bake at 350 deg. for 40 minutes. Take out after 40 minutes.

They are like coconut macaroons. I call them "Mooney Bars". You can use whatever you like. One of my favorite ingredients is butterscotch chips and macadamia nuts.
