1 pkg frozen bread dough such as Bridgeford Ready Dough, thawed (single recipe uses 1 1/2 loaf)
4 bunches scallions including greens, chopped
1 med onion
1 T minced garlic
1 t crushed red pepper
4T olive oil
Salt and pepper
Cooking spray

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté scallions, onion, garlic, and crushed pepper in 1 T oil until just softened
Spray cookie sheet
Stretch dough for 1 1/2 loaf out onto cookie sheet rectangle approx 1/4 inch thick,
Spread scallion mixture evenly onto bread dough
Drizzle w/remaining oil and sprinkle w/salt and pepper
Bake @ 400 degrees for 15 minutes or until bread is puffed and golden
Cool and cut into 2 inch squares with a pizza cutter
