1 wrap of cilantro
1 can Rotel (medium or mild - drained, retain juice to reuse for flavoring in other recipes)
Serrano peppers (halve, remove seeds and membranes
1 onion diced
Small amount of wine or grated lime zest
Black pepper
Lowrey's Seasoning
1 garlic clove, diced

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and separate into several bowls. Experiment with different types of peppers and seasonings. If it's too hot, add chopped tomatoes to taste. Serve some chunky style.
Blend some in a blender for a smooth salsa. Refrigerate a day or overnight if possible do the flavors can meld.
