1 package Rice Noodles
1-2 tbsp Oil
1 lb Chicken , diced
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
Cabbage, shredded
Carrots, shredded
onion powder

Directions:
Directions:
Soak rice noodles in bowl of warm water to soften. In large skillet or wok add oil and soy sauce, add chicken and cook until done. Add cabbage, carrots, and onion powder and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.

Drain noodles and add into chicken mixture. Toss until mixed. Heat until warm. Add additional pepper and soy sauce to taste.
