2/3 cup sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
1 cup orange juice
1 cup golden raisins
1 cup dried apricot halves, cut in 1/2
2 cups cranberries
1 cup pitted prunes, cut in half
1 tsp. vanilla
Pastry for 2 crust 9 inch pie
whipped cream (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar and flour in 3 quart pan. Stir in water and orange juice. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thickened. Add raisins and apricots. Reduce heat. Cover and simmer 10 minutes, stirring often. Stir in cranberries, prunes and vanilla. Cool. Line a 9 inch pan with 1/2 pastry. Heat oven to 425. Spoon fruit mix into pie shell. Arrange top crust lattice fashion. Bake 30 minutes. Cool on rack. Serve warm, or at room temperature with whipped cream.
