Ingredients:
1 stick of butter
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. hot water
1 c. cold water
2 T. dry yeast
2 eggs, beaten
6 - 7 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Put first 3 ingredients into a large bowl and add hot water; stir until dissolved. Add cold water. Sprinkle yeast into mixture and let set for 5 minutes to foam.

Next, add beaten eggs and stir in flour. Let mixture rest for 10 minutes. Knead dough in bowl and cover with clean cloth and place in a warm place so the dough will double in size. Once dough has doubled, punch it down to remove air and then cover and let it continue to rest until doubled again.

Flour work surface, roll out & cut dough with biscuit cutter; dip in melted butter and fold the dough in half as you lay it into a shallow baking pan (pinch bottom of roll first). Let rise one last time and then bake at 370º for 20 minutes.
