Ingredients:  
3 cups flour
1 cup sugar
4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt

1 well beaten egg
1 cup milk
1 tsp. grated lemon rind
1 cup cranberries, halved
1/2 cup chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Sift together dry ingredients. Mix egg, milk, lemon rind in another bowl. Add together. Mix well. Add cranberries and nuts. Bake in greased loaf pan at 325 for 1 hour.
