2lbs ground beef
1/2 green pepper diced
Equal amount of diced onion
2-3 cloves garlic diced
1tsp garlic powder
1 Tbl Italian seasoning
1 lg can tomato sauce
1 lg can tomato purée
1 sm can tomato paste
1/4 c sugar ( to cut the acidity)
1 box elbow Mac

Directions:
Directions:
In a large pan—Brown the ground beef. While it’s cooking cut the pepper, onion and garlic. When the beef is almost done, add veggies. Cook 5 minutes. Drain grease. Add spices, tomato products, cooked macaroni. Cover, heat on low 30-40 minutes.
