6 eggs, separated
1 3/4 cup sifted flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 cup sugar
6 Tbsp. fresh orange juice
1 Tbsp. orange zest
Confectioner's sugar for top

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg whites with 1/2 cup sugar and salt. Beat until soft peaks. Set aside. With same beaters, beat egg yolks in small bowl. Add 1 cup sugar as they are beaten (they should be thick and light in color). Slowly mix in flour alternatively with orange juice. Add zest. With a wisk fold into this mixture egg white mixture. Pour into ungreased tube pan. Bake at 350 for about 50-60 minutes.
