3 - 12 oz. cans Tomato Paste
1 - large can Diced Tomato's + 3 cans water
1 medium onion, chopped
1-1/2 Tbsp. Italian Seasoning
1 Tbsp. Parsley
3 heaping Tbsp. Garlic (or more)
2 tsp. sugar
2 Bell Peppers, chopped
2 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
1/4 c. Burgundy Wine
2 Tbsp. Parmesan Cheese
Salt & Pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients in slow cooker & cook all day - 8-10 hrs on slow. May need to add additional water as it cooks & starts to get thick.
