1 1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1/4 cup butter
2 cups milk
1 t. vanilla
1/2 cup flour
1/2 t. baking powder
1 cup coconut
1 cup crushed pineapple, drained

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar and eggs. Blend in butter; add milk and vanilla. Mix in flour and then add coconut and pineapple. Pour into greased pie pans but do not flour. Bake 30-40 min, 350
