6 medium unpeeled potatoes, baked
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 lb. sliced bacon - cook & crumbled
3 c. sour cream
2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
2 green onion, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Cut baked potatoes into 1" cubes. Place half in a greased 9x13x2 baking dish. Sprinkle with half of the salt, pepper & bacon. Top with half of the sour cream & cheeses. Repeat layers. Bake, uncovered, at 350º for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted. Sprinkle with onions for garnish.
