Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 cups ground cooked ham (1 pound)
2 cups grated swiss cheese (1/2 pound)
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp. prepared mustard
12 slices toasted white bread
6 eggs
2 1/4 cups milk

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ham, cheese, mayonnaise, mustard. Make 6 sandwiches, cut into 4 triangles. Place in 13 x 9 baking dish (buttered) points up. Beat eggs and milk together. Pour milk and egg mixture over sandwiches and refrigerate overnight or 4 hours. Bake 35-40 minutes in 325 degree oven. It is ready to serven when sliver knife comes clean as in testing custard.

I cut the crusts from the bread. It makes it more attractive. I use my processor to prepare the ham and cheese. It is easy this way.

I use Pepperidge Farm bread as it has a nice firm texture. Also, I find it takes longer to bake than the recipe.
