Ingredients: 12-14 medium potatoes 6-8 eggs 3C mayo 1/2C milk 1/2C sweet relish 1/2t. dry mustard 1/2t. celery seed 1/2t. dill small can of sliced black olives 2 bunches of green onions

Directions: |
Directions:Boil potatoes for approx. 20 minutes. Boil the eggs until cooked to your preference.
Mix all wet and seasoning ingredients first, including egg yolks. Then add this mixture to the potatoes and egg whites.
Let it sit in the fridge for awhile so the flavors set in and the mixture becomes cold, ideally overnight. |

Notes: This recipe will ruin all other potato salads in your future. I still can’t eat other potato salads without judging them. This was Linda Cornwell’s recipe and I’ve edited it through the years. Linda’s note says “Makes the size of the big green Tupperware bowl.” You might like to half or even quarter this recipe. Whatever size I make, I make half with green onions and half without, because I find many people don’t like onions in their potato salad.
