Ingredients:  
1 9 inch pie shell, baked and cooled
4 large tomatoes sliced
1 small onion sliced
1 tsp fresh chives
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup grated cheese (I like to use either Asiago or an Italian blend)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350
Sprinkle tomatoes with salt and drain on paper towels
Repeat layers of tomatoes, onions and chives in the pie crust
Mix mayonnaise together with cheese and spread over top of pie

Bake in oven until bubbly
