1/4 cup butter
2 lb beef sirloin steak, cut into 3x1 inch strips
Salt & Pepper to taste
Orange pepper to taste, optional
1 cup chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 package ( 8 oz) fresh mushrooms sliced
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 cube beef bouillon
1/4 cup white wine
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 tablespoon dried chives or 1/2 cup fresh
1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley

4 oz cream cheese, cubed
1 cup sour cream

In a skillet, melt butter and add onion & garlic. Saute Add mushrooms. Cover sauce pan and cook until tender
Add Beef strips and brown.
Season to taste with salt and pepper & add rest of ingredients
Place in Crock pot--Cover and cook on low 5-6 hours. Instant Pot--35 minutes
Add cream cheese & sour cream and cook 30 minutes longer in crock pot
Serve with buttered noodles.
