1 loaf Italian bread, cut in a criss/cross pattern
8 oz grated Swiss Cheese
1/2 lb softened butter
2 tsp chopped onion
2 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp mustard
1/2 tsp Beau Monde Seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Stuff the cheese into the cuts in the bread.

Melt butter and mix in remaining ingredients, pour over the bread and cheese

Wrap completely in foil and bake for 30 minutes @ 350º

You can also make this ahead, free it and then bake it from frozen for 45 minutes @ 350º
