1/2 C. minced onion
1/2 C. chopped green pepper
3 Tbsp. bacon drippings
3 C. sliced okra
3 C. chopped tomatoes
1/4 C. chopped fresh parsley
4 Tsp. sugar
3/4 Tsp. black pepper
1/2 Tsp. salt


Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions and green peppers in bacon drippings until tender. Add okra and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes, stir constantly. Stir in remaining ingredients. Simmer uncovered for 15 minutes. Add a small amount of water if necessary.
