Chicken Tenderloin Breast
Sliced Cheese 1/4 in. thick (provolone, Havarti, or other of your choice that melts slowly)
Sliced ham again 1/4 in. thick.
1/2 C. Butter Milk (helps crust stick to outside).
1/8 tsp. Paprika
1/4 c. Flour
1/4 c. Panco crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Cut chicken breasts into strips - 3 strips per each side of de-boned breast.
Wrap cheese around breast.
Wrap ham around chicken and cheese then skewer with tooth pick.
Dip Skewered meat into buttermilk, and roll in Mixture of 1/8 tsp. Paprika, Flour and Pan-co crumbs.
You can bake 375 degree for about 1/2 hour turing every 10 minutes or Deep Fry on med-hi for 10 minutes - make sure the chicken is thoroughly cooked. ENJOY!
