2 pounds peeled and deveined shrimp
¼ cup green onions chopped
¼ cup fresh parsley chopped
4 cloves fresh garlic finely minced
¾ cup butter
¼ dry white wine
2 tablespoons lemon juice
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in large fry pan. Add onion, parsley, garlic and cook for 1 to 2 minutes. Add shrimp and reduce heat to low and cook 3 to 5 minutes, until shrimp turn pink. Add wine, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Serve immediately. Can serve over pasta or in a bowl with French bread for dipping.
