5 eggs (or 1 cup)
1½ cups sugar divided (you can use less)
1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
1 can (13 oz.) evaporate milk
1 tablespoon vanilla

2 cups mashed peaches (or 2 cups strawberries, frozen)

Directions:
Beat eggs until fluffy; add 1 cup sugar and beat well. Add condensed milk, evaporated milk, and vanilla. Continue beating until well blended. Pour mixture into 1 gallon freezer container. Add milk to fill freezer container 4 inches from the top. Freeze about 5 minutes or until custard is thick. Combine peaches and ½ cup sugar. Add peaches to custard freeze until firm.
