Ingredients:  
¼ head cabbage, chopped fine
1 onion, chopped

Saute the cabbage and onion. Cook about
5 minutes.

Add:
1 lb. ground chuck
2 cups french bread, crumbled
½ teaspoon seasoning salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix well.

Boil 10 to 12 large cabbage leaves for 1 minute.

Divide meat mixture between leaves. Roll and tie. Place in iron pot on top of the stove, pour 3 to 4 cups tomato juice over cabbage balls. Cook for 1 hour on low heat.
