2 cans (4 to 5 ounces each) small shrimp
2 packages cream cheese (8 ounce packages)
1 stick butter
7 green onions finely chopped (entire onion white and green portion)
6 tablespoons shrimp juice

Directions:
Directions:
Drain shrimp reserving juice. Melt butter in large microwavable bowl. Add onions and cream cheese. Microwave for one to two minute intervals stirring between periods. When cheese is melted and mixed with butter add shrimp and saved juice. Return to microwave and heat through. Serve in chafing or fondue dish.,

Cathy's original recipe used a double boiler on the stovetop but the microwave is much easier. This is one of Marc's favorites, thus we served it at Marc and Andrea's wedding reception.
