1 Cup soft butter or oleo

1/2 cup granulated or powdered sugar

1/2 teaspoon salt

2 teaspoons vanilla

2 cups flour

1-2 cups grounds walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Mix butter and sugar til creamy. Add salt, vanilla, flour and nuts. Mix well. Chill dough till easy to handle. Shape dough into 1 inch balls. Put in cookie sheet, flatten balls with bottom of glass dipped in flour. Bake 12 minutes at 325º, While warm roll in powdered sugar
