6 Tbsp margarine
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
3 1/2 tsp distilled white vinegar
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tsp self-rising flour
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 (9 inch) pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
Melt the margarine in a small saucepan over low heat. Whisk together the sugar, eggs, vinegar, vanilla, flour and pecans in a large bowl. Slowly pour in the melted margarine, a little at a time, and mix until well incorporated.
Pour the batter into the pie shell and bake until golden brown and the center does not jiggle when shaken lightly, about 30 minutes. Let the pie cool for 15 minutes before serving.
