1½ cups nuts
2 lemons
3 egg yolks
⅔ cup sugar
2 tablespoons flour
½ teaspoon baking powder
Directions:
Directions:
Grate nuts, lemon rind. Squeeze out lemon juice. Beat egg yolks, sugar and 2 tablespoons lemon juice until very creamy. Stir in grated nuts. Chill and roll on board sprinkled with granulated sugar. Cut and bake at 325º for 10-12 minutes. Brush with lemon juice mixed with 1 cup confectioner sugar.
