3 pounds cube steak

1 cup flour

1 teaspoon salt

3 teaspoons pepper

1/2 cup Canola oil

2 Tablespoons butter

Directions:
Heat oil in skillet

Mix together flour, seasoned salt and pepper

Season both sides of steak with salt and pepper then dredge in flour mixture, pressing to coat.

Add butter to hot oil and fry steak and flip when sides are golden brown to cook 1 additional minute.
