2 tbsp. oil
1 cup rice
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1 medium jalapeno pepper, chopped
1 tbsp. cumin,
1 tsp chili powder
garlic, salt, pepper to taste.
small tomato sauce
water

Directions:
Directions:
Brown rice in oil, add other ingredients.
Only use enough water mixed with tomato sauce to make 2 cups.
Simmer until done.
