1 lb bacon
8 ounces of package of pitted dates

Directions:
Directions:
Place oven rack in the middle. Preheat oven to 350º.
Cover a cookie sheet with tin foil or parchment paper.
Cut bacon slices into thirds.
Wrap each piece around a date.
Place on cookie sheet with seam of bacon on bottom to keep it from unraveling.

Bake for about 25 minutes or until desired crispiness. Let cool about 10 minutes.

Serve and enjoy!
