2 cups sifted flour
1 cup powdered sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
4 ounces butter, softened
2 egg yolks
2 Tablespoons cream

2 Tablespoons anise (optional)
2 Tablespoons granulated sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Dough will be dry, best to mix with hands/will have a clay-like texture. Shape dough into balls about the size of a walnut. Roll in granulated sugar and anise if using. Bake at 350* for 12 minutes on a greased cookie sheet.
