Ingredients: 24 slices Deli Ham 6 slices Swiss Cheese, cut into 1/4s 1/3 cup mayonnaise1 Tbsp poppy seeds 1 1/2 Dijon mustard 1/2 cup butter/ melted 1/2 tsp worcestershire sauce 2 pkgs ( 12 count ea ) King's Hawaiian sweet dinner rolls4 S

Directions:Pre heat oven to 350º Cut rolls in 1/2 and spread maynnaise onto 1 side of the rolls. Place a slice of ham and a slice of cheese on the roll. Replace the top of the rolls and bunch them closely together into a baking dish. In a medium bowl, whisk together poppy seeds, dijon mustard, melted butter and worcestershire. Pour sauce over the rolls, just covering the tops. cover with foil and let sit 10 minutes. Bake at 350º for 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted. Uncover and cook for an additional 5 minutes until tops are slightly brownb and crisp. Serve warm. |

Notes: These are surprisingly delicious. We served them one summer at Music on the Lawn and they were a big hit. So easy to make for a big crowd. They could be an hors d'ourve, especially if you cut the rolls in 1/2 before preparing them. Or they could be a lovely lunch with a little green salad and a few potato chips.
