Ingredients:  
1 cup butter
1 1/2 sugar
2 eggs
3 tsp vanilla
3 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla. Sift together dry ingredients. Add to butter mixture. Chill dough.
Roll out using lots of flour. I like them about 1/4” thick. Cut with your favorite cookie cutters.
Bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes. Watch carefully if cutting thin.
Frost with buttercream frosting.
