Sauce:
¾ c. shoyu
¾ c. brown sugar
pinch garlic powder
pinch pepper
Fish:
4 salmon fillets
cooking spray
furikake

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sauce ingredients and microwave for 1 minute. Preheat oven to 350ºF. Line pan with aluminum foil. Spray salmon fillets lightly with cooking spray. Coat all sides with furikake. Bake uncovered for about 10-13 minutes (or until fish is opaque). Remove fish from oven and immediately pour sauce over fish. Let it sit for 5 minutes, so the shoyu soaks in.
