3 cups flour
¼ cup sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 package yeast
½ cup sour cream
2 tablespoons butter
1 egg
½ cup sugar

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl combine 1 cup flour, ¼ cup sugar, salt, yeast. In sauce pan heat½ cup water, sour cream and butter. Heat until very warm but not until butter melts. With a mixer at medium speed gradually add liquids to flour mixture. Beat until just mixed. Beat 2 minutes scrapping bowl. Add egg and ½ cup flour. Continue beating 2 minutes. With a spoon stir in enough flour (1¼ cups} to make stiff dough. Turn dough onto floured surface and kneed until smooth 5 to 10 minutes. Shape in ball and let rise 1½ hours until double. Punch down and let stand 15 minutes. Roll out and press in pan. Top with peaches, apples or plums and sprinkle with ½ cup sugar and cook at 375° for 30 minutes.
