1 poblano - seeded and cleaned
2 jalepenos - seeded and cleaned
1 c. fat free plain greek yogurt
1 bunch cilantro - chop off the top and throw the stems away
1 lime
¼ c. light mayo
1 tsp. minced garlic
⅛ tsp. Tajin seasoning
splash of milk (optional - to thin the sauce)

Directions:
Directions:
Grill poblano and jalapenos on a grill until all sides have a slight char to them. When they're done (blackend) remove the outer most skin layer, cut the top off, and deseed.

Put all peppers in a blender, along with the other ingredients and blend until incorporated.

Store in mason jar or other container for easy dispensing and refrigerate.

Use topping on any mexican food dish and enjoy.
